Terms of Service & Enrollment Agreement

Important: Please read these Terms carefully. By enrolling at Learn Star Academy, accessing our Platform, or clicking "I Agree" during registration, you are entering into a legally binding agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in Learn Star Academy or accessing our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Enrollment Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To enroll you must be 18+ years of age, provide accurate information, and have internet access.
3. Enrollment Agreement
Upon completing enrollment and submitting payment, you enter into a binding enrollment with Learn Star Academy.
4. Tuition and Payment
By enrolling, you agree to pay all tuition and fees according to the selected payment plan.
5. Refund Policy
Within 3 days of enrollment (before coursework accessed): Full refund. Within 30 days: Pro-rated refund. After 30 days or 50%+ coursework: No refund.
6. Academic Integrity
All submitted work must represent your own original effort. Violations may result in grade invalidation or dismissal.
7. Diploma Issuance
Upon completion of all requirements, Learn Star Academy will issue an accredited high school diploma.
8. Platform Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content and materials are owned by or licensed to Learn Star Academy.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Your Data Rights
You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to data processing. Contact privacy@learnstar.com.
12. Data Retention
Academic records: 7+ years. Financial records: 7+ years. Account data: enrollment + 2 years.
13. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
14. Limitation of Liability
Learn Star Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
15. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes communicated 14 days in advance.

Enrollment Acknowledgment
By completing enrollment on the Platform, you electronically sign and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and Enrollment Agreement in their entirety.
