Learn Star Academy is an accredited, self-paced adult high school diploma program that allows students to earn their high school diploma on a flexible schedule. Students complete courses through the school website, mobile app, on their mobile phone, tablet, or computer.

Learn Star Academy's Adult High School program is available to students worldwide, aged 18 and older who have not yet earned a high school diploma. There are no prior grade requirements — everyone is welcome to enroll. Students under 18 can enroll at Excel High School.

Some students complete in a matter of weeks, many finish in an estimated 2–6 months, and others take longer. Completion time varies with motivation, accepted transfer credits, demonstrated competency, study time, and individual progress. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and not every student will finish within it. Students have up to 18 months from enrollment to complete the program. Because the program is self-paced, you progress as your schedule and mastery allow.

Yes. Learn Star Academy is a component school under the Excel Education Systems District and is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools (MSA-CESS), an agency recognized by the State and the U.S. Department of Education. Accreditation is a quality credential and may support evaluation of your diploma and credits, but each college, employer, training or licensing program, government agency, and military branch sets its own admission, credit, hiring, or enlistment requirements. Please verify with the organization.

Adult learners earn credit by completing coursework and authentic assessments within the course parameters. Students who complete the courses/credits required to graduate will earn the Learn Star Academy High School Diploma. Authentic assessments must be completed in all courses. Read the Student Handbook.

Students can retake assessments up to the maximum of two attempts set for each module. BRYTE AI tutor is available for extra tutoring to master course concepts.

The Standard Career-Ready Diploma requires 21.5 credits. The College & Career Prep Diploma requires 24 credits. Each program includes required core subjects and electives. Your student portal tracks progress toward your program’s requirements. Read the Student Handbook or compare the diploma programs for details.

Yes, all enrolled courses are available simultaneously. Students can switch between courses at any time and work on whichever subject fits their mood or schedule.

The program tuition subscription fee is charged per month. There are no long-term contracts—you may cancel at any time.

Students may cancel at any time. Refund eligibility is limited to the first 10 days from initial enrollment. No refunds are issued after this initial 10-day period. Monthly subscription renewals do not restart the initial refund window. Cancelling stops future subscription charges.
